Systems Engineer
Lead the design and deployment of multimodal AI systems that power 24/7 conversational agents, leveraging Python, ML, NLP, and cloud infrastructure to scale and integrate with existing sales workflows.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement end‑to‑end AI pipelines for multimodal Superhumans, integrating voice, text, and contextual data.
- Develop and maintain scalable services on AWS, using ECS/EKS, Lambda, and S3 for data storage and model hosting.
- Collaborate with data scientists to train and fine‑tune NLP and speech models, ensuring high accuracy and low latency.
- Containerize applications with Docker, orchestrate with Kubernetes, and automate deployments via CI/CD pipelines.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize resource utilization across production environments.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience building production AI systems in a cloud environment.
- Proficiency in Python, ML frameworks (PyTorch/TensorFlow), and NLP libraries (spaCy, Hugging Face).
- Hands‑on experience with AWS services (ECS, EKS, Lambda, S3, SageMaker).
- Strong knowledge of containerization, Kubernetes, and CI/CD best practices.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
