AI Success Engineer - Tokyo

As an AI Success Engineer, you will be responsible for working closely with our customers to understand their business needs and develop tailored AI solutions to meet those needs. You will be the primary point of contact for our customers in Tokyo, providing technical guidance and support to ensure the successful implementation and adoption of our AI solutions. This role requires strong technical expertise in AI and machine learning, as well as excellent communication and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with customers to understand their business needs and develop tailored AI solutions
• Provide technical guidance and support to customers in Tokyo
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in Tokyo
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption of AI solutions
• Identify and communicate opportunities for AI adoption to customers

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in AI and machine learning
• Strong technical expertise in Python and AWS
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
• Experience working with customers in Tokyo or similar markets
