AI Specialist - Syneos Health Commercial Solutions

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the central Communications Innovation team to evaluate, pilot, and roll out generative AI solutions for advertising, public relations, and medical communications.
• Design and implement prompt‑engineering frameworks and best practices to ensure high‑quality, compliant content generation.
• Develop Python scripts and APIs that integrate large language models (LLMs) with internal workflows and client platforms.
• Conduct workshops, training sessions, and hands‑on demos for internal stakeholders and external clients to promote AI adoption.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (creative, data, regulatory) to align AI outputs with brand guidelines and industry regulations.

Requirements

• Strong experience with generative AI platforms (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Cohere) and large language model fine‑tuning.
• Proficiency in Python and familiarity with cloud environments such as AWS for model deployment and scaling.
• Demonstrated ability to craft effective prompts and optimize AI‑generated content for accuracy and tone.
• Excellent communication skills for client‑facing interactions, workshops, and documentation.
• Background in advertising, public relations, or medical communications is a plus.
