About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze, benchmark, and evaluate a variety of AI models—LLMs, diffusion models, and traditional machine learning architectures—to identify emergent behaviors, limitations, and failure modes.
- Research and experiment with cutting‑edge model architectures, exploring new design patterns and optimization strategies.
- Develop and refine fine‑tuning pipelines to improve model accuracy, efficiency, and alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate research findings into actionable product improvements.
- Document methodologies, results, and best practices for internal knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- Strong foundation in Python and machine learning libraries (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow).
- Experience with large language models and diffusion models preferred.
- Familiarity with model evaluation metrics, benchmarking, and failure analysis.
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
