About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy end‑to‑end machine learning models that solve complex business problems.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify data sources, clean and preprocess data, and engineer features.
- Implement and maintain scalable AI pipelines using Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
- Evaluate model performance, conduct A/B testing, and iterate to improve accuracy and efficiency.
- Document methodologies, create reproducible workflows, and share insights with stakeholders.
Requirements
- Strong programming skills in Python and experience with ML libraries such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Proven track record of building and deploying production‑grade machine learning models.
- Solid understanding of data engineering concepts, including data pipelines and feature stores.
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with a focus on delivering business value.
- Effective communication skills to explain technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
