Software Engineer
Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI-driven solutions for public sector clients, leveraging Python, machine learning, NLP, and cloud services to automate processes, generate forecasts, and analyze data.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement end‑to‑end AI solutions, including data pipelines, model training, and deployment on AWS.
- Develop NLP models for text classification, entity extraction, and sentiment analysis tailored to public administration use cases.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliver actionable insights.
- Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation to ensure high accuracy and robustness.
- Document processes, maintain code repositories, and provide knowledge transfer to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven experience with Python and machine learning libraries (scikit‑learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Strong background in NLP techniques and libraries (spaCy, Hugging Face).
- Hands‑on experience deploying models on AWS (SageMaker, Lambda, EC2).
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to translate complex data into clear business recommendations.
- Effective communication skills in German and English.
