Drive the scaling of generative AI solutions across advertising, PR, and medical communications, collaborating with internal and client teams to design, implement, and advocate AI‑powered strategies.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy generative AI models and workflows to support advertising, public relations, and medical communications initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (creative, strategy, client services) to translate business needs into AI‑driven solutions.
- Lead workshops, training sessions, and client presentations to promote AI adoption and best practices.
- Provide hands‑on technical support, including prompt engineering, model fine‑tuning, and performance monitoring.
- Stay current with emerging AI technologies and evaluate their applicability to the organization’s service offerings.
Requirements
- Strong experience with generative AI models (e.g., GPT, LLMs) and prompt engineering.
- Proficiency in Python and machine‑learning libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face).
- Solid understanding of natural language processing techniques and model optimization.
- Experience deploying AI solutions on cloud platforms, preferably AWS.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
