About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve issues in AI models and pipelines used for disaster response and recovery.
- Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to fine‑tune machine‑learning algorithms for accuracy and speed.
- Maintain and monitor cloud infrastructure (AWS) supporting AI services, ensuring high availability and security.
- Develop and document troubleshooting procedures, knowledge‑base articles, and best‑practice guides for end‑users.
- Integrate third‑party APIs and data sources into AI solutions, handling data ingestion, transformation, and validation.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience supporting AI/ML applications in a production environment.
- Proficiency in Python and common ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit‑learn).
- Strong understanding of NLP techniques and model deployment.
- Hands‑on experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, SageMaker, Lambda).
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to communicate technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
