About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and deploy end‑to‑end AI/ML models that automate high‑impact risk‑management workflows.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate strategic objectives into technical solutions and measurable KPIs.
- Lead a cross‑functional team of data scientists, engineers, and analysts to ensure robust model governance, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
- Scale proven AI prototypes into production‑grade services using cloud platforms and containerized environments.
- Drive process re‑engineering initiatives, integrating AI insights to enhance operational excellence and regulatory compliance.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands‑on experience building and operationalizing AI/ML solutions in a financial services or risk‑management context.
- Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit‑learn.
- Expertise in data engineering pipelines, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and container orchestration (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and communicate complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Experience with model governance, monitoring, and compliance frameworks within regulated environments.
