About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop and maintain end‑to‑end machine learning pipelines using Python and AWS services (SageMaker, Lambda, S3).
- Collaborate with data scientists and product teams to translate business requirements into robust AI solutions.
- Implement and optimize NLP models for customer insights, fraud detection, and automated support.
- Ensure model quality, monitoring, and continuous improvement through A/B testing and performance metrics.
- Document architecture, code, and best practices for internal knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in production ML engineering or data science roles.
- Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and AWS cloud services.
- Hands‑on experience with NLP libraries (spaCy, Hugging Face) and model deployment.
- Solid understanding of data engineering concepts and pipeline orchestration.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
