Experienced AI Solutions Engineer needed to design, develop, and deploy AI-driven predictive maintenance tools for facilities operations, collaborating with stakeholders to optimize workflows and improve preventive maintenance programs.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of AI applications that automate and enhance preventive maintenance (PM) processes for facility operations.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to identify operational bottlenecks, define data requirements, and translate business needs into AI solutions.
- Develop, train, and fine‑tune machine‑learning models using Python and relevant frameworks to predict equipment failures and optimize maintenance schedules.
- Integrate AI models into on‑site systems and cloud platforms, ensuring scalability, security, and real‑time performance.
- Provide technical guidance, documentation, and training to end users and support teams for successful adoption of AI tools.
Requirements
- Active security clearance and proven experience delivering AI/ML solutions in an operational or industrial environment.
- Strong proficiency in Python and machine‑learning libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit‑learn).
- Hands‑on experience with predictive maintenance concepts, data pipelines, and model deployment on cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills, ability to work on‑site, and effective communication with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
