Solutions Architect
Lead the design, build, and deployment of AI‑driven systems, creating intelligent agents and automating processes to transform client operations using advanced ML, data analytics, and cloud technologies.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect end‑to‑end AI solutions, from data ingestion to model deployment, ensuring scalability and reliability.
- Design and develop intelligent agents that automate complex business processes using Agentic Process Automation frameworks.
- Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Implement and optimize machine learning models in production environments on AWS, leveraging services such as SageMaker, Lambda, and S3.
- Conduct performance tuning, monitoring, and continuous improvement of AI systems to meet SLAs and business KPIs.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML architecture and solution delivery.
- Experience with Agentic Process Automation or similar intelligent automation tools.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
