AI Solutions Architect

About the Role

This isn't a pure delivery role. You'd be acting as a strategic advisor to C-level stakeholders, helping them work out what to invest in, what to leave alone, and where AI actually moves the needle, then leading PoCs through to production at scale.

In this role you would:

• Provide strategic AI advisory to C-suite stakeholders across HCLS clients
• Scope and lead AI/ML proof of concepts
• Prototype GenAI use cases
• Build using hyperscaler AI tooling, LLM APIs, vector search and Agentic SDKs
• Plug solutions into cloud data platforms like Snowflake and Databricks
• Act as an AI evangelist across the wider HCLS practice

Non-negotiables (please don't apply without these):

• Deep enterprise experience in either Healthcare, Pharma or life sciences
• Track record of providing strategic AI advice to C-level stakeholders in HCLS organizations
• Solid grip on HIPAA and the wider HCLS regulatory picture
• Hands-on with AI services across Azure, AWS or GCP
• Strong on RAG-based application design
• Credible influencing at Director level and above inside HCLS organizations
