Hands‑on AI Solutions Architect who builds, prototypes, and consults on end‑to‑end AI workflows, creating prompt libraries, skill catalogs, and internal tools to boost productivity across business units.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business units to design, prototype, and deliver AI‑enabled solutions that automate and streamline core workflows.
- Develop and maintain a centralized AI capability layer, including prompt libraries, reusable skills, and resource repositories.
- Build full‑stack prototypes and internal tools (frontend, backend, cloud services) to demonstrate rapid value and drive adoption.
- Provide hands‑on consulting, training, and enablement sessions to upskill teams on AI best practices and platform usage.
- Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product owners to ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with business outcomes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience delivering AI/ML solutions in a consulting or product‑development environment.
- Strong proficiency in Python and modern ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit‑learn).
- Expertise in prompt engineering, LLM integration, and building reusable AI skill libraries.
- Hands‑on experience with cloud platforms (AWS) and full‑stack development (REST APIs, web UI frameworks).
- Excellent communication skills, with a track record of training and enabling cross‑functional teams.
