Design and deliver AI-driven solutions that extend HaloITSM capabilities, collaborating with customers to translate business challenges into practical, scalable implementations using Python, machine learning, cloud services, and API integration.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to gather requirements, assess business problems, and define AI solution roadmaps aligned with HaloITSM ecosystem.
- Design, prototype, and implement end‑to‑end AI models and services that augment or replace native Halo AI features.
- Develop and maintain integrations with Halo's Open API, ensuring secure, performant data exchange between AI components and ITSM platforms.
- Lead technical workshops and proof‑of‑concepts, demonstrating value and guiding adoption of AI solutions across enterprise clients.
- Collaborate with cloud and data engineering teams to deploy models on scalable infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure) and establish monitoring, logging, and continuous improvement processes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience designing and deploying AI/ML solutions in enterprise environments.
- Strong proficiency in Python and common ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit‑learn).
- Hands‑on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of RESTful API design and integration, preferably with ITSM or service‑management systems.
- Excellent communication skills to translate technical concepts for both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
