Lead the design and delivery of AI solutions within the HaloITSM ecosystem, driving service expansion and ensuring secure, scalable architectures for enterprise clients.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect end‑to‑end AI solutions that integrate with HaloITSM, ensuring performance, scalability, and security.
- Lead the AI practice, mentoring team members and establishing best practices for model development, deployment, and monitoring.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to translate client requirements into technical roadmaps and proposals.
- Maintain security compliance and manage clearance requirements for all AI projects.
- Drive continuous improvement of AI service offerings, incorporating emerging technologies and industry trends.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an AI Solutions Architect or similar role, with a strong portfolio of deployed AI systems.
- Deep knowledge of machine learning frameworks, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and secure architecture principles.
- Hands‑on experience with the HaloITSM platform or comparable IT service management solutions.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Valid security clearance or ability to obtain one within the required timeframe.
