Solutions Architect
Lead the design and delivery of AI solutions within the HaloITSM ecosystem, driving strategy, architecture, and best practices for AI services across cloud platforms.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect end‑to‑end AI solutions that integrate with HaloITSM, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- Lead the AI practice, setting technical direction, defining standards, and mentoring a cross‑functional team.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and client stakeholders to translate business requirements into AI capabilities.
- Design and implement machine learning pipelines, data ingestion, and model deployment workflows on AWS and Azure.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies, tools, and frameworks to continuously improve the service portfolio.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML architecture and solution delivery.
- Proficiency with Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and cloud AI services (AWS SageMaker, Azure ML).
- Strong background in data engineering, ETL, and data lake design.
- Excellent communication skills and proven ability to lead technical teams.
- Experience with ITSM or enterprise service management platforms is a plus.
