AI Solutions Engineer building, deploying, and supporting AI‑driven systems using Python, ML, and cloud services (AWS, Docker, Kubernetes) to deliver scalable, production‑ready solutions for clients and internal teams.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy AI and Digital Employee solutions from proof‑of‑concept to production, ensuring scalability and maintainability.
- Collaborate with AI Architects, Innovation leaders, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into robust solution architectures.
- Integrate machine learning models, NLP pipelines, and other AI capabilities into cloud environments using AWS services, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Implement monitoring, logging, and performance tuning to support continuous delivery and operational excellence.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to cross‑functional teams, fostering best practices in AI development.
Requirements
- Strong programming skills in Python with experience building ML pipelines.
- Hands‑on experience with AWS services (SageMaker, Lambda, ECS/EKS) and container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Solid understanding of NLP techniques and model deployment strategies.
- Excellent problem‑solving abilities and a proactive, collaborative mindset.
- Experience working in an Agile environment and delivering end‑to‑end AI solutions.
