We are seeking a senior AI Solution Engineer to bridge the gap between industry architects and development teams, shaping AI solutions that deliver measurable business value. The role requires deep technical expertise in machine learning, cloud platforms, and solution architecture, combined with strong business acumen to translate client needs into feasible prototypes and production‑ready solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end AI solution design, from concept to prototype, ensuring alignment with client objectives and technical feasibility.
- Collaborate with industry architects to identify high‑impact AI use cases and translate them into actionable solution roadmaps.
- Build and demonstrate proof‑of‑concept models using Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Guide cross‑functional teams through data engineering, model training, and deployment pipelines, ensuring scalability and reliability.
- Act as a trusted advisor, communicating technical trade‑offs and business value to stakeholders at all levels.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience designing and delivering AI/ML solutions in a professional services or enterprise environment.
- Proficiency in Python, machine learning frameworks, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Strong background in data engineering, model deployment, and AI solution architecture.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex technical concepts into business outcomes.
