About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end‑to‑end design and architecture of AI/ML solutions for capital markets clients, ensuring alignment with business strategy and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with data engineering, security, and compliance teams to build scalable, secure cloud infrastructures (AWS, Azure, GCP) that support large‑scale data pipelines and model deployment.
- Drive the adoption of MLOps practices, including model versioning, monitoring, and automated retraining workflows.
- Mentor and coach cross‑functional teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.
- Present complex technical concepts to senior stakeholders, translating business needs into actionable technical roadmaps.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in AI/ML solution architecture within financial services or capital markets.
- Proven track record designing cloud‑native AI systems at scale, with deep knowledge of AWS/Azure/GCP services.
- Strong background in data architecture, ETL, and big data technologies (Kafka, Spark, Snowflake).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence executive stakeholders.
- Experience with regulatory compliance (MiFID II, GDPR, Basel III) is highly desirable.
