About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and drive end‑to‑end AI solution architecture for client engagements, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into technical designs and implementation roadmaps.
- Lead hands‑on development and integration of Machine Learning models using Python, TensorFlow, and related frameworks.
- Architect cloud‑native deployments on AWS (or comparable platforms), including data pipelines, model serving, and monitoring.
- Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering best practices in AI solution design and delivery.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience designing and implementing AI/ML solutions in enterprise environments.
- Strong proficiency in Python and major ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit‑learn).
- Deep understanding of cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and experience building scalable, production‑grade AI services.
- Proven ability to translate complex business problems into technical architectures and guide delivery teams.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a track record of mentoring technical staff.
