Lead the design and deployment of AI solutions for healthcare, leveraging Python, Machine Learning, AWS, Kubernetes, and data engineering to deliver scalable, secure platforms that drive clinical innovation.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect end‑to‑end AI platforms, defining data pipelines, model training workflows, and deployment strategies on AWS.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate clinical requirements into scalable, production‑ready solutions.
- Implement containerized services using Kubernetes, ensuring high availability and observability.
- Guide data engineering practices, including data ingestion, transformation, and governance for ML workloads.
- Advise on best practices for model monitoring, bias mitigation, and regulatory compliance in healthcare.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience designing AI/ML solutions in a cloud environment.
- Proficiency in Python, AWS services (SageMaker, Lambda, ECS/EKS), and Kubernetes.
- Strong background in data engineering, ETL pipelines, and data governance.
- Experience with healthcare data standards (HL7, FHIR) and compliance (HIPAA, GDPR) is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to lead technical teams.
