Software Engineer
Design, deploy, and operate on‑premises AI infrastructure for SOC use cases, building RAG pipelines, vector‑search solutions, and custom LLM‑powered agents to boost threat intelligence and incident response.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect, install, and maintain secure on‑premises AI platforms capable of hosting large language models.
- Develop end‑to‑end Retrieval‑Augmented Generation pipelines tailored to Security Operations Center workflows.
- Integrate and manage vector databases for fast similarity search of security embeddings.
- Create custom LLM models and fine‑tune them for threat intelligence, incident response, and automation.
- Build intelligent chat‑bots/agents that interface with SOC tools (SIEM, ticketing, threat feeds) to streamline analyst workflows.
- Containerize services with Docker and orchestrate deployments using Kubernetes, ensuring high availability and compliance.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Python and experience with LLM frameworks (e.g., Hugging Face, LangChain).
- Hands‑on experience building RAG pipelines and working with vector stores such as Pinecone, Milvus, or FAISS.
- Solid understanding of containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes) in secure, on‑prem environments.
- Background in security operations, SOC processes, or cyber‑threat analytics.
- Familiarity with model fine‑tuning, prompt engineering, and AI‑driven automation tools.
