Leads enterprise AI evaluation, implementation, and governance while driving adoption through stakeholder collaboration, solution design, training, and change management using Python, machine learning, and cloud technologies.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Identify high‑impact AI use cases by partnering with business units and technology teams.
- Design, prototype, and oversee deployment of AI/ML solutions on cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
- Establish governance frameworks, data pipelines, and model monitoring to ensure reliability and compliance.
- Develop and deliver training programs, documentation, and support resources to accelerate user adoption.
- Manage cross‑functional project plans, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience delivering AI/ML solutions in an enterprise environment.
- Proficiency in Python and common ML libraries (e.g., scikit‑learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Hands‑on experience with cloud services for AI (AWS SageMaker, Azure AI, GCP AI Platform).
- Strong background in data engineering, model governance, and performance monitoring.
- Excellent communication, change‑management, and stakeholder‑engagement skills.
