About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI security architecture, including secure model development, deployment, and monitoring across cloud platforms.
- Develop and enforce governance policies for generative AI, ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal standards.
- Conduct risk assessments, threat modeling, and security reviews of AI solutions, providing actionable mitigation plans.
- Collaborate with data science, engineering, and product teams to embed security controls into the AI lifecycle.
- Lead incident response for AI‑related security events and drive continuous improvement of security tooling and processes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML security, with deep knowledge of generative AI technologies.
- Proven track record designing secure cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP) and implementing IAM, encryption, and monitoring.
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks (GDPR, HIPAA, ISO 27001) and AI ethics principles.
- Excellent communication skills, able to translate complex security concepts to technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Experience with threat modeling, risk assessment frameworks, and incident response in an enterprise setting.
