Software Engineer
Lead the design and implementation of secure, compliant AI solutions across enterprise platforms, driving governance frameworks, risk management, and ethical AI practices on Azure AI and Azure AI Foundry.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design and enforce AI governance frameworks, security controls, and risk management policies for Azure AI and Azure AI Foundry deployments.
- Collaborate with architecture, engineering, product, legal, privacy, and compliance teams to embed security, resilience, and ethical AI principles throughout the AI lifecycle.
- Lead incident response, monitoring, and continuous improvement of AI security posture.
- Act as a strategic advisor on AI security and governance to senior leadership and external stakeholders.
- Develop and deliver training and awareness programs on secure AI practices.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in AI security, governance, and compliance within cloud environments, preferably Azure.
- Deep knowledge of AI lifecycle, risk assessment, and incident response.
- Strong communication skills to translate technical security concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and influence enterprise‑wide security strategy.
