Software Engineer

About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop and deploy end‑to‑end machine learning pipelines that scale across large financial datasets.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define evaluation metrics, technical standards and best practices for AI initiatives.
- Implement robust data ingestion, feature engineering and model training workflows using Python and SQL.
- Deploy models to production environments on AWS, ensuring performance, security and compliance.
- Continuously monitor model performance, troubleshoot issues and iterate for improvement.
Requirements
- Strong programming skills in Python with experience in ML libraries (scikit‑learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Proven ability to build and deploy ML models at scale using SQL and cloud services (AWS).
- Solid understanding of data engineering concepts, feature pipelines and model monitoring.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
- Experience in the financial services sector is a plus.
