About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain AI risk frameworks, policies, and controls aligned with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct risk assessments for AI models, data pipelines, and cloud deployments, identifying mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with data science, engineering, and legal teams to embed risk controls into AI lifecycle.
- Monitor AI system performance, audit outcomes, and incident response, reporting findings to senior leadership.
- Lead training and awareness initiatives on AI ethics, bias, and compliance across the organization.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in AI, data science, or risk management within regulated industries.
- Strong knowledge of AI/ML concepts, model governance, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Proven track record in developing risk frameworks, conducting audits, and managing regulatory compliance.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
