AI Quality Assurance Intern
The AI Quality Assurance Intern will join the AI Delivery team to evaluate the behavior, accuracy, and reliability of Cresta’s AI Agents and Agent Assist systems. This role involves executing test plans, validating AI outputs, identifying inconsistencies, and providing feedback to improve AI models and processes. It is ideal for students with strong analytical thinking and an interest in AI evaluation, product quality, and human-AI interaction.
