About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, architect, and implement agentic AI systems that integrate generative AI, machine learning models, and robust backend services.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable, production‑ready AI solutions.
- Lead end‑to‑end development, from data ingestion and feature engineering to model training, validation, and deployment.
- Establish best practices for model governance, monitoring, and continuous improvement in a multi‑domain environment.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance on AI strategy and architecture.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering with a strong focus on Python development.
- Proven expertise in generative AI (e.g., GPT, LLMs) and traditional machine learning pipelines.
- Hands‑on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Solid understanding of systems engineering principles and scalable architecture design.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
