Develop AI‑powered phone call agents that drive sales acceleration, leveraging Python, machine learning, and prompt engineering on AWS to create intelligent, conversational experiences.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy AI agents that handle phone‑based sales interactions using advanced prompt engineering techniques.
- Implement machine learning models in Python, fine‑tune language models, and integrate them with real‑time voice processing pipelines.
- Collaborate with data scientists to curate training datasets, evaluate model performance, and iterate on agent behavior.
- Deploy and maintain services on AWS, ensuring scalability, reliability, and compliance with data privacy standards.
- Monitor agent performance, analyze call metrics, and implement continuous improvements to increase conversion rates.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in machine learning engineering or AI product development.
- Experience deploying ML solutions on AWS (SageMaker, Lambda, API Gateway).
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional team.
