Experienced AI Project Manager who drives end‑to‑end delivery of machine‑learning initiatives, coordinating cross‑functional teams, managing timelines, budgets, and risks while applying Agile and DevOps best practices.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full lifecycle of AI/ML projects, from concept and requirements gathering through model deployment and post‑launch support.
- Define project scope, objectives, schedules, budgets, and resource plans, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams—including AI/ML engineers, data scientists, software developers, and DevOps specialists—to deliver high‑quality solutions.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming to maintain momentum and transparency.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and dependencies, providing proactive communication to stakeholders.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing AI/ML or data‑intensive technology projects.
- Strong understanding of machine‑learning pipelines, data engineering, and model deployment workflows.
- Proficiency with Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban) and project‑management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, etc.).
- Hands‑on familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevOps practices for CI/CD and infrastructure automation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
