Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end AI program planning, execution, and delivery across multiple business units.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams, ensuring alignment on scope, timelines, and quality deliverables.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, track progress, and remove impediments to maintain velocity.
- Engage stakeholders at all levels, translating technical concepts into business value and managing expectations.
- Analyze program metrics, generate insights, and recommend process improvements for continuous delivery excellence.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing AI or data‑driven projects in a complex enterprise environment.
- Proven track record of delivering multi‑team programs on time and within budget.
- Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and project management tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and data analytics tools is a plus.
