About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute AI project roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Establish and maintain AI governance policies, model risk assessments, and compliance monitoring processes.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams—including data scientists, engineers, and product owners—to deliver AI solutions on schedule and within budget.
- Implement agile practices, sprint planning, and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
- Oversee the deployment, monitoring, and scaling of machine‑learning models on cloud platforms, ensuring reliability and security.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing AI or data‑science projects, with a strong grasp of governance and compliance frameworks.
- Proven expertise in agile project management and stakeholder communication.
- Hands‑on knowledge of machine‑learning pipelines, data engineering, and cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Ability to translate technical concepts into business value and drive cross‑team collaboration.
