Key Responsibilities
- Define and drive the roadmap for AI and advanced analytics programs, ensuring timely delivery of milestones and outcomes.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams—including data scientists, engineers, and business analysts—to execute complex AI projects using Agile practices.
- Manage stakeholder expectations, provide executive‑level reporting, and translate technical concepts into business value.
- Oversee budgeting, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and compliance for AI initiatives across the enterprise.
- Implement best‑in‑class governance, quality standards, and cloud‑based infrastructure to support scalable AI solutions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of program or project management experience delivering AI, machine‑learning, or advanced analytics solutions.
- Proven ability to lead multi‑disciplinary teams in an Agile environment and manage large‑scale, cross‑departmental initiatives.
- Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills, with experience presenting to senior leadership.
- Hands‑on familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and AI/ML tooling.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent certification preferred.
