About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end‑to‑end execution of prioritized AI projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with People & Culture objectives.
- Partner with senior leaders, product, engineering, and operations teams to translate leadership intent into actionable project plans.
- Drive Agile practices, facilitate sprint planning, stand‑ups, and retrospectives to keep teams focused and productive.
- Measure project impact through data analytics, reporting on key metrics and iterating based on insights.
- Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and stakeholder alignment.
Requirements
- 5+ years of program or product management experience in a technology‑driven environment.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and their application in HR or People operations.
- Proven track record of delivering complex cross‑functional projects on time and within scope.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills.
- Experience with Agile frameworks and data‑driven decision making.
