Lead the design and delivery of commercial AI products, driving end‑to‑end architecture, data pipelines, and agentic solutions using Python, ML, NLP, and cloud platforms to accelerate patient‑centric innovations.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect scalable AI solutions that integrate machine learning, natural language processing, and agentic capabilities into commercial products.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define product requirements, data strategy, and performance metrics.
- Design and implement end‑to‑end data pipelines, model training workflows, and deployment pipelines on cloud platforms.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and data privacy requirements in a healthcare context.
- Mentor and guide engineering teams on best practices in AI architecture and software development.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML product architecture, preferably in a commercial or healthcare setting.
- Proficiency in Python, ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), and NLP libraries.
- Strong background in cloud architecture (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and CI/CD for ML models.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Experience with agentic AI systems and product lifecycle management is a plus.
