As an AI Product Manager, you will be instrumental in leading the design and implementation of AI solutions within the Veeva Vault platform, focusing on enhancing regulated content and medical inquiry workflows. This role demands a blend of strategic thinking, hands-on prototyping, and strong stakeholder collaboration to deliver impactful AI-driven features.

Key Responsibilities

AI Orchestration & Design: Lead the design of production-ready AI Agent applications, focusing on data flow orchestration, RAG architectures, and complex prompt engineering.
Strategic Product Discovery: Navigate the probabilistic nature of AI by identifying high-impact use cases where LLMs can solve non-deterministic problems in the MLR and Medical Inquiry workflows.
Performance & Value Metrics: Define and track clear KPIs for AI success, such as “Reduction in MLR Review Cycles”, “Inference Accuracy”, and “Automated Reference Matching Precision” to demonstrate ROI to stakeholders.
Prototype to Production: Drive hands-on design and development of AI prototypes while ensuring they meet the rigorous scalability and quality standards of the Veeva Vault platform.
Process Automation: Partner with Engineering and UX to automate key business processes, such as identifying compliance risks in promotional materials or triaging complex medical inquiries.
Stakeholder Alignment & Evangelism: Work with Application PMs to integrate AI capabilities seamlessly and present the value proposition to internal leadership and external stakeholders.
