What You’ll Be Doing
- Own the AI product experience end-to-end—from idea to shipped feature to iteration.
- Work closely with engineers and ML folks to bring LLM-powered features to life (e.g., email generation, smart follow-ups, meeting booking agents).
- Talk to customers constantly—understand their workflows, pain points, and what great looks like.
- Write simple, clear product specs and user stories that balance speed, usability, and AI complexity.
- Use data (qualitative + quantitative) to prioritize ruthlessly and make smart trade-offs.
- Help shape the roadmap and company direction based on what you learn.
- Keep up with what’s happening in generative AI, sales tech, and the competitive landscape.
What We’re Looking For
- 2–4 years of product experience, ideally in B2B SaaS.
- Bonus if you’ve worked in sales tech or have built AI/ML features before.
- Comfortable with ambiguity, fast sprints, and building V1s.
- Strong communicator—clear, concise, and great with cross-functional teams.
- Curious about how AI works under the hood, even if you’re not writing the code.
- Bias for action—you don’t wait for perfect; you ship, learn, and iterate.
Nice-to-Haves
- Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, or ZoomInfo.
- Experience with LLMs, agentic workflows, or intelligent automation.
- Technical background (or the ability to talk to engineers without a translator).
