About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define product vision and roadmap for AI-driven public safety tools, ensuring alignment with regulatory and ethical standards.
- Translate machine learning capabilities into user stories and functional requirements for first responders, 911 center staff, and legal teams.
- Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and UX designers to prototype, test, and iterate solutions that meet real‑world operational needs.
- Engage stakeholders—including community groups, law enforcement, and court personnel—to gather feedback and validate product impact.
- Monitor product performance, gather metrics, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining data privacy and fairness.
Requirements
- Proven experience in product management for AI or data‑driven solutions, preferably in public safety or justice domains.
- Strong understanding of machine learning concepts, model deployment, and ethical AI practices.
- Excellent communication skills to bridge technical teams and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment and deliver results under tight deadlines.
