AI Product Manager

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to shape how AI gets embedded into one of the most ambitious healthcare transformations in the region. You will join a major healthcare group's AI leadership team as an AI Product Manager. Instead of building products from scratch, you will own the front end of their AI funnel: scouting technologies globally, rigorously evaluating them, and leading proofs-of-concept (POCs) to determine adoption and scale. The AI strategy is bold: buy, not build – choosing the best tools in the world and moving fast for maximum impact. To thrive here, you’ll need to excel at vendor evaluation, POC design, and translating technical capability into measurable strategic impact.

What you’ll be doing:

• Partnering with stakeholders across different brands and business domains to identify problems AI can solve.
• Scanning the global AI vendor landscape for solutions that match strategic priorities.
• Running in-depth technical and commercial evaluations to shortlist the strongest AI products.
• Designing and leading POCs, including defining success metrics, evaluation frameworks, data access, and vendor collaboration.
• Presenting clear, data-backed recommendations to senior leadership, covering performance, ROI, risk, and next steps.
• Acting as a connector between tech, legal, clinical, and data teams, ensuring smooth handover and future scale-up.

What I'm looking for:

• 5+ years in product, tech consulting, or solution-focused roles.
• Proven experience in healthcare or healthtech environments.
• Hands-on experience evaluating or integrating AI/ML solutions (you don’t need to build models, but you must understand them).
• Strong analytical thinking – able to assess feasibility, impact, and risk quickly and clearly.
• POC/pilot experience in fast-moving, complex settings.
• A confident communicator – comfortable navigating conversations across technical and non-technical audiences.
