Lead the development and production rollout of a "talk to data" AI solution, shaping product vision, guiding cross‑functional teams, and leveraging Snowflake Cortex and machine‑learning pipelines to deliver business value.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define product strategy, roadmap, and success metrics for the AI‑driven "talk to data" solution.
- Own end‑to‑end delivery, moving the product from pilot to full production while ensuring scalability and reliability.
- Collaborate with data engineers, ML scientists, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Architect and oversee implementation of Snowflake Cortex and related data pipelines, ensuring optimal performance and security.
- Mentor and lead a cross‑functional team, fostering agile practices and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML product development and delivery.
- Proven expertise with Snowflake, Snowflake Cortex, or comparable cloud data platforms.
- Strong background in machine‑learning model lifecycle management and data engineering.
- Demonstrated leadership and product management skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills and a track record of translating business needs into technical solutions.
