About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end‑to‑end design process for AI‑driven features, from concept to high‑fidelity prototypes.
- Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to translate ML models into user‑friendly interfaces.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and stakeholder interviews to inform design decisions.
- Develop and maintain a cohesive design system that supports rapid iteration across web and mobile platforms.
- Advocate for accessibility, privacy, and regulatory compliance in all product designs.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product design experience in SaaS or healthcare technology.
- Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Strong understanding of machine learning concepts and how to present AI insights to non‑technical users.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate cross‑functionally.
- Experience with design systems, component libraries, and design ops is a plus.
