Key Responsibilities
- Own the Wind Engineering AI use case portfolio, translating high‑potential opportunities into a structured, prioritized transformation roadmap.
- Lead cross‑functional teams through ideation, prototyping, and production deployment, ensuring disciplined execution and measurable business impact.
- Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and stakeholders to design scalable ML solutions on AWS, leveraging Python and modern data pipelines.
- Define and track success metrics, reporting progress to senior leadership and adjusting strategy to maximize ROI.
- Champion best practices in model governance, reproducibility, and continuous improvement across the AI lifecycle.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML product or portfolio management, preferably in engineering or industrial domains.
- Strong technical background in Python, data engineering, and cloud (AWS) deployment of ML models.
- Proven track record of delivering end‑to‑end AI solutions that drive productivity, quality, and decision‑making.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with ability to influence at all levels.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and portfolio management frameworks.
