About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Own the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for AI‑driven customer service solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
- Collaborate with applied scientists, data engineers, and cross‑functional teams to translate research into scalable, production‑ready products.
- Define success metrics, conduct data‑driven experiments, and iterate rapidly to improve user experience and operational efficiency.
- Advocate for customer impact, balancing technical feasibility with business value and regulatory compliance.
- Communicate vision, progress, and outcomes to senior stakeholders and influence product direction across the organization.
Requirements
- 10+ years of product management experience in AI or machine learning domains, with a proven track record of launching large‑scale, high‑impact products.
- Deep technical knowledge of machine learning pipelines, data science, and cloud platforms (AWS preferred).
- Strong analytical skills, ability to derive insights from complex data sets and drive data‑driven decision making.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, capable of guiding cross‑functional teams and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in customer service or experience design is highly desirable.
