About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define vision, roadmap, and go‑to‑market strategy for AI‑driven customer service solutions impacting millions of users.
- Own the full product lifecycle—from data collection and model development to deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with engineering, data science, UX, and operations teams to translate business goals into scalable technical specifications.
- Prioritize features and experiments using data‑driven metrics, ensuring alignment with customer experience and business outcomes.
- Drive adoption of cloud services (AWS) and best practices for model training, serving, and security.
Requirements
- 10+ years of product management experience, with at least 5 years leading AI/ML products at scale.
- Strong technical background in Python, machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing.
- Proven track record delivering AI solutions on AWS, including model deployment, monitoring, and cost optimization.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, capable of influencing cross‑functional teams and senior leadership.
- Data‑driven decision‑making mindset with a focus on measurable customer impact.
