Lead the design and delivery of advanced AI-driven customer service solutions, leveraging generative AI, knowledge graphs, and agent architectures to create intelligent, scalable agent experiences.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product strategy for AI-powered customer service agents, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
- Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and UX designers to architect and iterate on generative AI models, knowledge graph integrations, and agent workflows.
- Prioritize features, manage backlogs, and drive cross-functional teams through agile development cycles to deliver high-impact releases.
- Analyze performance metrics, user feedback, and market trends to continuously refine product roadmap and feature set.
- Act as the technical advocate for AI initiatives, communicating complex concepts to stakeholders and ensuring ethical, responsible AI practices.
Requirements
- 10+ years of product management experience in AI or related technology domains.
- Deep understanding of generative AI, natural language processing, and knowledge graph technologies.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams to launch successful AI products at scale.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
