Responsibilities
- Lead Platform Development: Build Wellspring’s AI-powered Voice Companion, Risk Assessment Engine, and Centralized Health Record Hub, integrating modular insurance and financial planning tools.
- Develop Engagement Features: Create event-driven systems for proactive user engagement through notifications and triggers for insurance activation or data updates.
- Apply AI/ML: Use advanced models to assess health risks, predict coverage needs, and deliver tailored modular insurance solutions.
- Collaborate with Experts: Partner with actuarial and insurance specialists to enhance risk predictions and product offerings.
- Build & Lead the Team: Recruit and mentor a high-performing team of engineers and data scientists while fostering an innovative culture.
- Ensure Compliance: Implement secure, privacy-first systems that meet HIPAA, GDPR, and financial data regulations.
