About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect, build, and maintain a scalable AI Agentic Workflow Framework that enables autonomous and semi‑autonomous business processes.
- Develop multi‑agent orchestration layers, LLM integration, retrieval‑augmented generation pipelines, and workflow engines using Python and modern ML libraries.
- Design, implement, and operate production‑grade AI services, including evaluation pipelines, tool frameworks, and API endpoints.
- Collaborate with product and design teams to translate business requirements into reliable, secure, and performant AI‑powered experiences.
- Deploy and manage services on cloud infrastructure (AWS) with container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker) ensuring high availability and scalability.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on AI/ML platforms.
- Strong proficiency in Python and deep‑learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Hands‑on experience integrating large language models (e.g., GPT, Claude) and building retrieval‑augmented pipelines.
- Proven expertise in cloud services (AWS) and container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker) for production deployments.
- Ability to work closely with cross‑functional teams, communicate complex technical concepts, and deliver robust, scalable solutions.
