About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior AI/ML engineers to design, prototype, and validate novel model architectures for healthcare applications.
- Develop end‑to‑end machine learning pipelines, from data ingestion and feature engineering to model training, evaluation, and deployment.
- Implement scalable solutions on AWS, ensuring robust performance, security, and compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Conduct rigorous experimentation, A/B testing, and performance monitoring to drive continuous improvement.
- Communicate findings and insights to cross‑functional teams, translating technical results into actionable business impact.
Requirements
- Strong programming skills in Python and experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Hands‑on experience building and deploying models in a cloud environment, preferably AWS.
- Solid understanding of data science principles, statistical analysis, and model evaluation techniques.
- Excellent problem‑solving abilities and a collaborative mindset.
